Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will be arrive as specified below. Orders placed with Economy or Standard shipping will ship within 1-5 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Economy: arrives within 7-10 business days of shipping: $5.00. $5 Flat Rate Shipping offer applies to Economy shipping orders only. If you choose to ship Economy and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged $5 per address.
Standard: arrives within 5-7 business days of shipping: $8.00. $8 Flat Rate Shipping offer applies to Standard shipping orders only. If you choose to ship Standard and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charge $8 per address.
2-Business Day: arrives within 2 business days if placed by 3 PM CST: $20.00. If you choose to 2-Business Day, a $20 flat rate will be charged for all orders.
Next Day: arrives next business day if placed by 3 PM CST: $20.00. If you choose 2-Business-Day, a $20 flat rate will be charged for all orders.
Saturday: arrives on Saturday if placed between 3:01 PM CST Thursday – 3 PM CST Friday: $35 Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas in the United States*. If you choose Saturday delivery, a $35 flat rate will be charged for all orders. Shipments of orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Services Priority Mail. Economy, 2-Business-Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available for these destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to these destinations.

Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the Holmes Inc facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the Holmes Inc facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returned by Customer – It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customer.

Orders placed with Saturday delivery will arrive Saturday if placed between 3:01 PM CST Thursday and 3:00 PM Friday. If an order is placed outside of these hours, it will be shipped via Next Day delivery option. We do not recommend choosing Saturday delivery if you are placing your order outside of these hours.
You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.
Lonnie Gift Cards are not eligible for expedited shipping.
Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
CHECK ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING SHIPMENTS ONLINE
If you have a registered account with theholmesinc.com, it is easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website., where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
If you do not have a theholmesinc.com account yet, set one up under My Account. You also can track an order by entering your order number and billing zip code under Track Your Order.
We want you to be satisfied with your theholmesinc.com purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Is in new condition
- Hasn’t been washed, worn, or altered
- Is accompanied by the original invoice
- Is returned according to the schedule below

Purchases with PayPal or PayPal Credit:
PayPal purchases will be reimbursed directly to your PayPal or PayPal Credit account.

MAKING A RETURN BY MAIL
Option 1: Use the postage-paid return label
- Complete the Return Form and include it with your return
- Affix the return label to your box.
- Leave your package where you normally leave outgoing mail or take it to your local post office.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will deduct $5 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. Return tracking information will be available here up to 3 days after mailing. You will receive an e-mail once your return is processed.

MAKING A RETURN TO ANY OF OUR DOMESTIC U. S. LONNIE STORES
For expedited services, we encourage you to make your return by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your original package. All our stores accept returns: however, they must be shipped to our warehouse before they can be credited.
All returns must conform to the guidelines of our return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Theholmesinc.com merchandise can only be returned to U. S. Lonnie stores.
